1. Appointments & Arrival Times

​

All treatments must be booked and confirmed in advance, either online or by telephone. Unfortunately, we do not accommodate walk-in appointments. We kindly request that you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows sufficient time for preparation, consultation and any necessary paperwork, ensuring you receive the full benefit of your booked treatment time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time to avoid affecting subsequent appointments.

2. Health Conditions & Medical Disclosure

​

For your safety and wellbeing, please inform us of any existing health conditions, allergies or circumstances that may affect your treatment before your appointment.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Pregnancy or menstruation.

• Heart/lungs/kidney conditions or circulatory problems.

• Varicose veins/torn ligaments/nerve damage

• Broken or fractured bones.

• Post surgery recovery/bruises/cuts/open wounds.

• Skin sensitivities or allergies to oils, fragrances or massage products.

• Any other relevant medical conditions or physical concerns.

• Disabilities that may affect your treatment and may cause discomfort.

Providing accurate and relevant information allows us to assess whether your chosen treatment is suitable and make any necessary adjustments. Failure to disclose important health information may result in treatment being declined or cancelled where safety is a concern. In such circumstances, your booking deposit may be non-refundable due to failure to provide accurate information and time wasted.

3. Client Conduct & Professional Boundaries

Windsor Thai Massage is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful and professional environment for both clients and therapists. Any form of inappropriate conduct, obscene behaviour, intimidation, sexual harassment or unwanted advances towards our staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances. We reserve the right to immediately terminate any treatment, refuse further services and require the individual to leave our premises. Serious incidents may be reported to the relevant authorities, and further legal action may be taken where appropriate. Any payments or deposits made in connection with an appointment terminated due to misconduct will be non-refundable.

4. Cancellations & Deposits

​

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations.

Booking deposits are non-refundable. Please ensure you are able to attend your scheduled appointment before confirming your booking. Cancellations made outside the required notice period may result in the loss of your deposit or applicable booking payment.

5. Personal Belongings & Valuables

​

Clients are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings and valuables throughout their visit.

We strongly advise keeping valuable items, including cash, credit or debit cards, jewellery, handbags, purses, wallets and electronic devices, secure and with you at all times. Windsor Thai Massage does not provide a dedicated valuables safekeeping service and cannot accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises. 6. Gift Card

 

Clients may purchase Gift Cards both online and in store. Purchases made in store will need assistance from a staff member to verify the amount and have it confirmed on your purchased Gift Card. Please note that the Gift Card can only be used once from the date of purchase, is valid from then on for 12 months until the marked expiry date. This cannot be reimbursed or redeemed once used.
